Behavioral Health Services

Pascua Yaqui Behavioral Health Programs (PYBHP) provide general mental health and substance abuse services for enrolled Pascua Yaqui tribal members, their partners and children under age 18 in Guadalupe, New Pascua and Old Pascua. These services include individual, couple, family and group therapy, methadone maintenance, psychiatric evaluation, and medication follow-up. We also offer crisis evaluations for emergency situations and same day appointments for urgent problems. Additional services are available on a case-by-case basis for eligible clients.

PYBHP Tucson contracts with the state of Arizona as a Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority or TRBHA. As a TRBHA we are able to offer a wide range of behavioral health services through subcontractors. These services include emergency hospitalizations, partial care, and residential treatment centers to name a few.

Services are free to eligible community members. Because our program receives funding through Indian Health Services and the State of Arizona we ask all eligible clients to enroll in AHCCCS to be eligible for the wide range of covered services we offer through the TRBHA.
